Keeping you safe in the salon
As I am sure you will gather we are going to be very busy, our usual time slots will be spaced out according to the guideline’s given from Health and Safety requirements. It is imperative to comply with these guidelines for our safety and yours
PLEASE take a moment to read our restrictions guided by government advice
- All staff will wear a visor and stand behind you throughout the service
-masks are preferable but not compulsory, we have a supply of these available
- Every client will receive a text from the salon 48hours before their service, if you cannot attend please contact us to rearrange otherwise a cancellation fee is payable
- Please arrive at the salon at your appointment time, if you are early please wait in your car or outside, we have removed our waiting area to maintain social distancing
- If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 please re- book your appointment
-Please come alone to your appointment, two members of same household members may attend together only if both have an appointment
- Time slots are specific to each client, once your service is complete a 15 minute gap for a Full disinfecting of your area including chair, basin and all equipment used
- No magazines, but your welcome to bring your own and then take it away with you
- If you could bring your own refreshments in a closed bottle or cup
- No refreshments will be available for a while
- All our equipment will be fully sterilised after every client
-We will need your permission to save your information for contact tracing for 21days following your appointment, form link below
-Booking and payment via freshapay is preferable to minimise contact
-*if you have not had a colour with us in the last 6 months, have box dyed since your last visit, are pregnant or are taking any new medications a skin test will be required at least 48hours prior*
